This is a true gem about lifestyle changes in a desert of fad diets. This is not a trick. This is years of scientific research and guidelines but it reads easily and as Albert Einstein said, if you can't explain it simply, you do not know it well enough. There is no deprivation or gimmicks only well explained principles, basics on food and how the body uses it and help throughout your journey. It is a well founded book on how to truly enhance your manner of living. I have been taking one or two steps at a time and each week it gets better. I hope you find what you are looking for.

This is the first resource in years that has inspired and motivated me to take action with adjusting my current lifestyle to integrate a sustainable plan for a healthy way of living.
